We have been contacted by several other unhappy TK homeowners. So far we had one call that all of the sudden will not talk anymore we will just call them Louisville. We have a Gallitan County family that has unresolved issues with the company. The irresponsive company. Also a gentleman contacted us from Ohio who also has water intrusion. Another lady from Ohio that took TK up on there pathetic settlement all to have a house that she can't afford to repair and to be gagged.
Our engineer has stated that he has worked on other TK homes that had the same issue as our home. Bottom line they didn't follow code in building our home and for that I hold them accountable.
We have to adhere to the contract in full but they can pick and choose what clauses that they have to follow. It would seem to me that following code which is the bare minimum to how something is built would be the minimum that a builder would do. Not this builder and to top it off even when they are proven to be in the wrong they do not care. One of my daughters is now grown and will take with her a childhood full of unhappy memories of the stress their parents faced for over eight years to date in just building a home. How sad.

The Stutler Family Christmas Wish

It is with great sadness that I am still writing about this as this Christmas week marks our EIGHTH year living in a structurally unsound and toxic home. This builder remains elusive as usual with the only exception being that in the last two months I have been contacted by three other unhappy TK home owners. I knew by the quality level in this house that there was no way we were the only ones. Our lives have been in limbo for eight years. We only wanted a HOME for our family to live in. My oldest daughter is now engaged and moving out. She will take with her forever the horrors of her families home. It is my wish this Christmas that this nightmare end. www.tkhomesuck.com
